Cyber Attacks Against BX Protocol:

IMPORTANT NOTICE

We now have information that a suppression of dissent campaign has been launched against the BX Protocol. our security firm has identified the 2 pharmaceutical companies involved in the funding and the New York based media firm that said companies have contracted with to manage the campaign. This conspiracy against the Bx Protocol includes a vast network of forums, websites (such as rationale-wiki), blogs, physician and university groups, representing a formidable network of media resources.

Over the past year, said media group has supported attacks against the BX Protocol, its founders, affiliates, members, and associates through the following means:

1. Deleting, modifying, misquoting, and fabricating information about the BX Protocol, its founders, affiliates, members, and associates.
2. Obstructing research with 3 separate universities.
3. Dissemination of rumors.
4. Posing as patients in forums, social media, or other internet venues.
5. Filing formal complaints with government agencies. (Making complaints is one of their key tactics McDermott et al., 2014).

Systems used:

The group employs the use of agency grade cryptographic technologies with end-to-end security using 256 bit SSL encryption or PGP encryption systems, with multiple Luxembourg based VPN networks.

Precautions:

1. Use encrypted email when communicating about BX. (otherwise you might get hacked by the group and have all your contact receive disparaging information concerning the BX.)

2. Avoid engaging with "Trolls" in forums.

3. Avoid downloading unknown applications

Delta Institute, working with INTERPOL and the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), has launched an investigation in order to combat acts of cyber terrorism committed by the group, for alleged crimes violating international standards for online activity.

Delta will utilize a variety of investigative tools needed to fight this variety of cyber crime, that Big Pharma uses as an ongoing tactic to fight against and suppress emerging health benefits within the integrative sector.

SPECIFIC ATTACKS & POINT BY POINT REBUTTAL

Jan 27, 2016, by Dan G., J.D.
Cyber Attacks Against BX Protocol:

Leiden Attack

Delta Response

The "BX Protocol" cure-all is 100% fraudulent, a total scam:

Certified Legal Reviews are available upon request. Consider how irrational the claim is, since 98% of our enrollments originate from trained clinical affiliates.

Some Delta associated doctors have lost their license to practice medicine,  ( e.g. Michael Lee Gerber MD)

Losing your medical license because you refuse to allow mainstream Big Pharma to dictate that the only treatment you can offer is the toxic trash that lines the profits of the pharmaceutical industry is something to be proud of. Michael Lee Gerber is one of the most well respected doctors in the integrative health field. Quack watch is a well-known paid disinformation service for Big Pharma.

Royal Rife was a discredited scientist

In 1934, the University of Southern California appointed a Special Medical Research Committee to bring 16 terminal cancer patients from Pasadena County Hospital to Rife's San Diego Laboratory and clinic for treatment. The team included doctors and pathologists assigned to examine the patients, if still alive, in 90 days. After the 3 months of treatment, the Committee concluded that 14 of the patients had been completely cured. The treatment was then adjusted and the remaining 2 also were cured within the next 4 weeks. On November 20, 1931, forty-four of the nation's most respected medical authorities honored Royal Rife with a banquet billed as "The End To All Diseases" at the Pasadena estate of Dr. Milbank Johnson. He was never discredited, unless you consider your type of disinformation “discrediting”.

You claim that Delta has a “secret scam clinic” in the United States

This is false, although Delta did have a clinic in the United States that relocated to Cancun in 2013. The medical director of that clinic was licensed in the U.S.. Their current clinic is located in the Caribbean and that information is available to registered members upon request. Staff-vacancies in the local classifieds pertain to a different company all together, and have no relationship to the medical end of Delta Institute.

Dr. Smith has a fake doctorate originating from a degree mill

Response provided from Jen@canterbury:

As a graduate and faculty member of Canterbury University, I find your perception of reality instructive.

First of all, Canterbury University is not a degree mill, unless you consider 4 years expeditious. Just because Wikipedia says it is so, doesn't make it true.

Consider the audience. The people in this forum are highly disillusioned with the myopic mainstream mentality that says, “Your Doctor Knows Best". And I quote from your wiki article about BX:

"The only claims missing here are bigger penis and more kilometres to the litre."

Is this the type of mental dexterity that should convince the forum that Leiden academics are somehow superior to our alternative brand of education at Canterbury?

The fact that wiki acquiesces to the submission of this type of article, illustrates why alternative institutions, like Canterbury, are on the rise, while trust in conventional universities is plummeting.

Attacks on Canterbury

Mainstream academia indoctrinates its students into believing that they are dissident if they do not cling to established thought.

Most Ph.D.'s, like yourself, are procreated when conventional dogma encounters an impressionable mind. Then as you mature, you begin to believe that the outside world is evil and inferior if they do not forfeit their own believes or subjugate their intellectual autonomy to the will of the majority, (that is to say the "establishment" or mainstream research community in this case).

The great majority of universities do not seem to enhance the mental freedom of their students at all, some of whom are psychologically damaged by the experience. It may be a fair assumption that universities who claim that chronic Lyme disease does not exist, (like yours), may have a lot in common with mind-control cults. You may laugh, but the practices of such cults are strangely familiar to anyone looking at academia from a safe distance. The four fundamental cult traits of conventional universities are: 1. Behavior Control, 2. Information Control, 3.Thought Control, and 4. Emotional Control. Is this why the testimonials on the BX Website are repulsive?

Academia is broken, has become a meritocracy, and offers little meaningful hope for Lyme or most other serious pathologies, and you claim we should be worried that Dr. Smith went to Canterbury instead of Leiden? ASTONISHING!

Canterbury University Graduates crush conventional competition

A notorious individual called Webster Kehr is an agent for BX_Protocol.

Mr. Kehr has no direct affiliation with our protocol. However, he does run the largest information nonprofit in the integrative world (www.cancertutor.org) and is considered an authority on integrative treatments. He does advocate for the use of the BX, and is therefore a natural target of the Leiden team.

Dr. Smith is a felon and was arrested and we have posted his mug shots all over the internet.

This claim is false. Dr. Smith was “ticketed” in 2002 for protesting a beef and poultry contamination. The protest was aimed at a food chain and the USDA. When refusing to leave the property, he was written a ticket and released. This type of misdemeanor required a “mug shot” under plea in abeyance. NO ARREST NO CONVICTION. Dr. Smith offers no apologies and is very proud of his actions in this instance. In 2013 Dr. Smith was ticketed for target practicing on a gun range that had been the active gun range in the area for nearly 20 years. The new owner of the property requested that police start ticketing people if they came on the land. That is his right and Dr. Smith was more than happy to pay the fine. This was a misdemeanor trespassing charge and again under plea in abeyance, mug shots were required. NO ARREST NO CONVICTION.

Delta Institute and BX Protocol put patients into the grave.

The only two internet complaints that they could cite were from people that did not do the BX protocol at all. Two other cases that they cite (who did die) died while doing chemo therapy, and never complained once about the BX Protocol. Consider that 30% of Delta’s enrollments for cancer support are on hospice care. Conventional oncology has a 100% failure rate with that population. But Leiden cites 2 cases as a justification for Delta's destruction.

AN INTERESTING FACT:

a McGill Cancer Center survey which was cited in the book “Reclaiming Our Health”, written by John Robbins:

“75% of Americans diagnosed with cancer are said to receive chemotherapy treatment, which is of course suggested (and prescribed) by their oncologists…
BUT… 75% of oncologists also said that if they had cancer, they themselves would NOT use chemotherapy treatment.

Can you say HYPOCRISY?

BX protocol and Energenetix purchases their technologies from China

The Leiden team attempts to represent that Energenetix buys cheap china technology and then resells it at 10 times the price. The reality is that Energenetix does purchase enclosure units from china in the interest of saving money for its clients. However all of the circuitry and research that goes into the “empty box” has originated from research conducted by seasoned engineers and researchers employed by Energenetix or related companies. The technologies are only available to certified affiliates or Delta members.

While complaining about the cost of Energenetix's "non medical alternative technologies", which cost between 4-$12,000, Leiden offers no explanation for the fact that X-ray radiation therapy machines cost $3 million each, and all their good for is tumor promotion in the periphery. (A study conducted at the UCLA Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center (UJCCC) describes how radiation treatments actually promote malignancy in cancer cells instead of eradication. read more)

Leiden Team Death Threats against BX founders and associates.

Within the intelligence community, the Leiden tactics are referred to as an “open mark”. The idea behind the open mark is to circulate the mark in open web format so that clandestine operatives can identify who they may want to target. This allows the dissident suppression team to separate their actions from covert actions aimed at “taking out the mark”.

Integrative practitioners have been the recent target of Big Pharma kill squads:

Holistic doctors found dead

29 holistic doctors poisoned

BX Protocol is involved in money laundering

False. Any company associated with the BX Protocol, like those listed by the Leiden team on their disinformation site, have fully audited financials and are legally compliant within their respective jurisdiction.

Claims against Bx supporters

Approximately 1600 fabrications, character assassinations, harassment, and a variety of defamation and personal attacks directed toward almost anyone mentioning the BX Protocol in a positive light, have been distributed. We do not feel the need to innumerate the details.

The attacks have been directed mostly toward integrative practitioners in about 12 of the 18 countries that Delta has affiliates in. Their attacks are based on distortion and falsehoods and have had the general effect of increasing support for those being attacked.

Misc. Attacks

Many of the attacks are not worth listing due to their nature. The following would be considered “volume flushing”. They are meant to create a “perceived” effect that carries a derogatory impact on the BX Protocol through volume disinformation. Examples would include:

  • Dr. Smith needing to go on a diet
  • The BX Protocol website having spelling errors or edit changes
  • Listing personal information (home addresses of delta employees, information on spouses and children, etc.)
  • Web site registration logs, traffic tickets, company registration logs, logo design, employment adds, etc.
note: Current web-based disinformation volume= 1.5 million words (that equates to approximately 3000 pages. These guys are busy little bees!)

Again, the general effect is positive for our organization. Most people that enroll in our program are too smart to be fooled by the tactics thus employed. We have seen an increase in enrollments as a direct result of their campaign. Many conclude that if Leiden is suppressing on this level, then the Bx Protocol might be doing something right. If it didn’t work, it would not be a threat!

Thank you for sharing SarahKitty6. Always good to hear! After reading their wiki, I did some more research. I ended up reading this https://reciprocalsystem.guru/2013/07/30/the-simplistic-irrational-nature-of-rationalwiki-org/ and felt that was really all that needed to be said. "The proof is in the pudding" as Delta likes to say.

I see that the disinformation con men from Leiden claim that the BX protocol is not valid because its not published in a peer review journal.

If the so called peer review system is the only thing standing between good science and bad science, then how are the following issues with peer review resolved:

The Corruption of Peer Review Is Harming Scientific Credibility

Peer review: a flawed process at the heart of science and journals

The following points should be noted about this false assumption:

1. Good science does not have to be peer reviewed. And from my estimation the bx protocol is very good science. And I’m a scientist.  I can tell you that grass roots efforts in science are accelerating. People are sick of the corruption in peer review.

The Supreme Court ruled in the 1993 case Daubert v. Merrell Dow Pharmaceuticals, Inc. that "Publication (which is a big part of peer review) is not a sine qua non of admissibility; it does not necessarily correlate with reliability, and in some instances well-grounded but innovative theories will not have been published." So the idea that scientific data is unreliable because it’s not peer reviewed is a total fallacy. The Bx Protocol is one such example.

2.   The peer review system systematically rejects valid research and accepts bogus research all the time.

3.   Peer review is a political money making enterprise. Journals and researchers make big bucks by publishing bogus information.

So if They are saying that the BX is not valid because its not peer reviewed. That is a fruitless argument from my perspective.

The claims against the BX Protocol are incredibly weak and transparent. After encountering just a few internet trolls, it becomes quite easy to spot their hysterical tactics from a mile away. Exhibit A: Calling someone out on doing something good and trying to make it sound bad. Thank you for bringing Doctor Smith's run in with the law to light. This has given me a great deal of admiration for him. In a world full of SJW's and political dissidents, I believe most people would admire him for fighting for good. So congratulations, you just made him more of a hero. I agree with SarahKitty your pathetic attacks will have the opposite effect....let's call it the Trump effect.

BX Protocol Alert!!!

More investigation into the Big Pharma BX Protocol™ attackers and hired disinformation propaganda cartel members are linking us to additional information as stated below:

In a substantial coordination, one New York media firm has directed HR resources and private affiliate contractors, including professional hackers, to post as fake members in blogs, forums, social media and many other online platforms. This effort has been coordinated to aggressively harass and discredit the Delta Institute, the BX Protocol™, its researchers, founders, affiliates, staff members, and even its member-patients.

We are aware that Orac (pen name) is working for this NY media firm and mother company. (http://scienceblogs.com/insolence/author/oracknows/) We are not stating the actual name of this firm for the security of the Delta staff.

We have confirmation and evidence that two of the largest Big Pharma corporations in the world have hired this New York media firm to blanket clutter the BX Protocol all over the internet. RationalWiki is also taking part of this effort in a prominent way.

The RationalWiki website is also related to Peter ***** a sciencebasedmedicine.org contributor.

Behind the NY firm and Big Pharma cartel resources, we have discovered that PFH, which are lead by the following Big Pharma operatives, D.W., and W.S.G have become involved as well. We are also aware of a US Senator's involvement.

The true motivation  to discredit the BX Protocol and Delta Institute on the internet has nothing to do with shielding patients. All Big Pharma adversary resources as mentioned above, are solely directed to harass, discredit, cause defamation of character, slander, libel, cyber bullying, cyber crimes (hacking), and the commitment of cyber terrorism against any alternative to the allopathic medicine. We find these actions to be reprehensible.

http://www.bxprotocol.com/legal-response.php

In 2013, a group funded at the highest levels of the medical industrial complex began a well-orchestrated attack against alternative health at large with emphasis on several key players in that sector.  At the time, Delta Institute did not know who it was and why they were doing it. In recent months, we have retained the services of an intelligence service that has uncovered a conspiracy against the BX Protocol™ and several of its affiliates.

Why do they focus on the BX Protocol?

1. Delta is developing and manufacturing its own highly scientific technologies outside of the mainstream.

2. Delta is starting its own university to train doctors. Delta currently has Doctor Affiliates in 18 countries, of which no less than 30% are MD’s.

3. Delta is building a medical city in the Caribbean.

4. Delta’s technologies and BX Protocol™ work.

5. Delta will not pursue drug classification, peer review, or adhere to the double blind standard.

6. Delta’s educational high-level multimedia platform, disclosing the core cause for chronic disease.

These are just some reasons why Delta is a larger target than most.  Delta is also very careful in choosing to use the word conspiracy. Delta’s use of this word is grounded in fact. Extreme naturalism attacks anyone who challenges the official narrative, therefore, the efforts against Delta’s organization are of a secretive nature specifically designed to harm our organization.

Delta is aware of the identity of this organization heading the disinformation campaign as well as the people involved. Delta has evidence and documentation supporting this knowledge through its sources. Delta can tell you that this effort involves attacks against many people within the integrative health field. The attacks are both tactical and strategic in nature.  Delta can prove that the attacks were precipitated by two large pharmaceutical companies and have identified at least one US Senator who appears to be the point person for this disinformation campaign. We also know the hired media companies, Universities and individuals involved.

Naturally, Delta will not name names, but you can be assured that Delta has the names and the documentation supporting these facts. Delta will disclose that information in trust with its attorneys as well as multiple law firms as an added measure of security.

Delta has confirmed that the attacks are specifically a suppression of dissent campaign that began against the anti-vaccination movement and has continued to spread from there.  This is a well-funded campaign and as far as we can tell the BX protocol™ is a primary target.

Delta has learned that the Rational Wiki website along with many other Blogs, Forums etc., are all part of a worldwide organized network of media resources hired by Big Pharma to discredit the Integrative and or Alternative medical field.

We continue to gather evidence and will share more as it becomes available.

This is well worth reading if you are looking at the BX Protocol and the smear attacks caused by Science bloggers, 'skeptics' exposed as group of online or cyber terrorists whose weapons include intimidation, censorship and threats

Please take the time and read this article written by !

(NaturalNews) If you think back to the days of your childhood, chances are that you will recall witnessing the occasional spat on the playground where a school bully stole another student's lunch or book bag and threatened retaliation for tattling, or perhaps lied about another student to a teacher in order to get him or her in trouble. Fast forward to adult life and these same ruthless bullying tactics have been adopted by self-appointed "science" bloggers and thought-police "skeptics," who routinely assume the role of online terrorists in threatening, intimidating and outright censoring those with whom they disagree.

It happens constantly against advocates of natural health and alternative medicine, particularly against those that dare defy the Golden Calf of vaccination, an issue that seems to unleash the basest reactionary venom from the "science and skeptics" crowd -- for simplicity's sake, this network of terrorists will be referred to as "S&S." Though the methods of S&S terrorists vary depending on the situation, their goal is always the same -- to maliciously slander, falsely accuse and raise as much hell against the opposition as possible in order to shut them up and eventually shut them down.

BX PROTOCOL™ SECURITY ALERT

Big Pharma Operatives have recently hijacked some of our email systems. As previously stated, this group is a highly sophisticated cyber-criminal organization with significant cyber-attack capabilities. A new strategy that our members, affiliates, and associates should be apprised of is the attempt of the group to generate protective orders against BX Protocol by manipulating communications.

Here is how the tactic works:

This strategy involves hijacking Delta's email systems and then harvesting email contacts from current members. They will then send that member emails from Delta. In this case, it will “appear” as if Delta is actually communicating with the person, when in fact we are not. The communications can be of a threatening, demeaning, or violent nature. An example of this type of communication would attempt to engage the member slowly and then building up to a level of threats, bodily harm, etc. At that time the attackers (or as many are now calling then, “cyber terrorists”) will facilitate contact with the person and attempt to assist then in filing a legal action or protective order against our organization or against key personnel within our organization.

We now also have proof that members of this cyber terrorist group are also establishing a variety of email accounts for the purpose of blog and forum communications as well. With the use of VPN networks they are able to avoid detection. However, in recent attacks they have made serious errors, which has enabled us to identify at least one member of their USA network. This information is being added to our file with the FBI in the United States.

Be advised that the group is also copying Facebook and twitter profiles of various anti-vaccination groups and communicating through those means as well. We suspect that they will attempt the same strategy with Delta soon. So be advised.

The reason why our associates should be interested in this information is the reality that we are entering into a new stage of Beta testing this strategy that includes this litigation component. As one prominent proponent in the anti vax movement has stated:

“I think this was a trial of a new strategy to silence us or litigate us into oblivion. If they can get even a protective order to stick, then they have the makings of a strategy to get us to violate said order.”

“This is one of the first examples of hijacking an anti-vax personality to then THREATEN other parties. This draws the attention of law enforcement.”

“Unless you know how to prove and defend against this, a protective order will become permanent.”

“I had NO IDEA who these people were who filed the protective orders. They came out of the blue.”

“This shows interest by the “powers that be” to start to take an offensive stance. Be warned.”

There are evil people in this world. It is critical to educate yourself on these matters. In the meantime, we are fully aware that some of our testimonial Members’ and have been emailed via the hackers, and in most cases, they used the “pen name” John Q. Public via many different email addresses. We are informed that they are trying to stir up and confuse recipients with false and fabricated information on Delta, the BX and of course the staff and science team, as posted on a specific pseudo-cyclopedia and many other deceptive forums and blog all over the internet.

In the near future we plan on implementing a blog society for medical truth and enlightenment. We would welcome volunteer “writers” from the ranks of our supporters to provide content development in order to stabilize the balance of power as we attempt to battle the ravages of medical suppression. To volunteer please visit our site at http://www.bxprotocol.com and fill out a contact form. A member of our staff will follow up with you to let you know how you can assist.

We would also like to invite you to register and participate on our new Forum: http://www.bxprotocolforum.com

You can also read our Blog: http://www.bxprotocol.com/blog.php

We would be happy to see you assisting us with the cause against those smear campaigns against the BX Protocol and Delta, but also for the entire Alternative Medicine industry that is being attacked viciously and continuously. Thank you.

Stand up for your medical freedoms!

In the words of Edmund Burke;  “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.”

I have no doubts that RationalWiki is just a front for Left-Wing Progressivism (a type of Socialism, basically), based on the style of the writing and the methods of argumentation used."

Specific Attackers against BX PROTOCOL & Delta Institute International:

One of the Big Pharma hired and sponsored BX Protocol smear thugs and pseudo-intellectual quackery (criminal) is Psychology Professor Trent Morgan Toulouse of RationalMedia Foundation

Trent Wiki-1.jpg Trent Wiki-2.jpg

In 2010, Trent Toulouse incorporated a nonprofit organization, the RationalWiki Foundation Inc., to manage the affairs and pay the operational expenses of the website. In July 2013, the RationalWiki Foundation changed its name to the RationalMedia Foundation, stating that its aims extended beyond the RationalWiki site alone.

here we go readers...
"We all know that RationalWiki is a liberal propaganda site..."

"a horrible piece of establishment propaganda... littered with false statements and ad hominem. We imagine that the whole of the wiki is a collection of gatekeepers for consensus science and PTB doctrine...."

"...anyone can anonymously write whatever they want (but correction of the tripe written will be considered “vandalism”!) RationalWiki is one of those sites. RationalWiki is a project of Trent Toulouse, who has the stated objective of “exposing conspiracy theories”. He once implied that he considers a conspiracy theory everything that disagrees with mainstream dogma, making RationalWiki a platform for anyone with an agenda to attack researchers struggling to bring important facts to public attention."

"RationalWiki is now just another outlet for #FTBullies ideology... they are totally baboon property. Monkeys dancing for the organ grinder... the "talk" pages for their hatchet job/character assassination wiki entries show how utterly corrupt it is..."

"Their alternative weapon is called "rational wiki" (an oxymoron) and it is allegedly ran by a student named Toulouse, from Hamilton, Canada. He is as real as that shady guy who runs wikipedia.org, with an added character feature of inferiority complex. Of course, it is possible that he too does not exist (a made-up character), or that he has been co-opted by intelligence services, as they do draft students.

RationalWiki is a genetic-egalitarian race-denialist propaganda website that is run by Ontario, now Albuquerque NM resident Trent Toulouse. RationalWiki is a wiki founded by secular humanists in response to Conservapedia. They regard Richard Dawkins as their messiah. It is based on MediaWiki, like Metapedia. The wiki had around 4200 English pages middle of May 2010. The information is inaccurate and sparse. The wiki begs for donations. The site is extremely anti-Christian and anti-Conservative and promotes sodomy and gun restriction.

The website fraudulently portrays itself as being “rational”, and opposed to “pseudoscience”, yet promotes exactly the thing that they claim to oppose: the irrational spiritual pseudosciences of genetic egalitarianism and race denialism. On top of such deceptiveness, Trent Toulouse solicits donations (on the website’s main page) under these false pretenses. That fits within the definition of criminal fraud."

"Some of the most untrue bunch of lies that could ever be written in the entire world were written by RationalWiki. They claim that they are the truth and the holy appointed protectors of
science and their subjects. They do not tell the truth. RationalWiki is the biggest con job on the internet. It is the National Enquirer of skeptical thought.

They are like Stormfront for intellectual people that pimp a platform of hate and scorn for those that they hate, no matter how wrong and biased that they are and kudos for those that
they DO like. RationalWiki is the most biased thing out there on the internet today. They are NOT rational or intelligent. RationalWiki is a fraud factory. It is a quack’s encyclopedia. They are
pseudo-intellectual quackery at its finest. RationalWiki is a joke!"

Take, for example, the RationalWiki article on pseudoscience. One merely has to lightly read through it to see some of the most arrogant statements that can be made. ...there is no excuse for passing this kind of blithely arrogant and shallow material off as anything other than trash, and that’s not even dealing with the factual inaccuracies.

The entire site is plagued by trash (the only suitable term) of this nature. We have no doubts that RationalWiki is just a front for Left-Wing Progressivism (a type of Socialism, basically), based on the style of the writing and the methods of argumentation used.

RationalWiki is a Front for Socialist Indoctrination (click link for more info)

Most Recent Attacks:

Blackmail: (Send money or be killed)

In a blatant display of cryptographic expertise, the Big Pharma cyber terrorist group has hacked one of Delta’s emails, and used that email to send black mail demands to other emails belonging to Delta board members. No one denies the impressive criminal skill sets of the organization!

Attackers recently demanded significant amounts of money be sent to members that have died during, or sometime after using the BX protocol. They have referenced the names of 11 deceased individuals.

This should be good news for anyone aware of the fact that the BX protocol has members in 24 countries and that 33% of our enrollments are hospice level cases that generally have a 30-40% chance of success on the protocol. Can you fathom the hypocrisy of this group who openly touts the virtues of chemo therapy at every corner? Since 580,000 people (U.S. only) died while doing conventional chemo drugs in 2015, are we to believe that 11 deceased members (or even 111) who chose to do BX are somehow more news worthy than the statistics of the conventional failures at large?

The reason they only disclose 11 people is that they are gearing up for some type of coordination with this group in order to pursue some type of litigation against our organization or its founders. And people wonder why Delta has formatted its operations outside of the United States? If you can convince someone that they were deceived and even conned by Delta, then it’s not hard to harness the power of propaganda for the purposes of establishing a legal coalition against BX protocol and its interests. This was the same tactic used against many notable healers in the past.

To see a list of Persecuted (& murdered) doctors, or other health professionals click on this link:  http://www.whale.to/a/persecuted_doc_h.html

  orwell1.jpg

This is the next step for them. You can always incite anger to justify persecution. So we shall see how they proceed. 5-27-16 was the deadline that they provided under penalty of death. As of today, (5-28-16), everyone seems to be breathing just fine.

Alternative health is flourishing in the face of suppression. As doctor Smith has often stated; “People are sick and tired or being sick and tired.” The forces and tactics of the suppressive are really starting to get under the skin of the suppressed. People are not stupid and they can judge effectively. The proverbial cat is out of the bag!

Keep Going Dr. Smith. Don’t let the luciferian society of anti-health bigots discourage you! Their day will come.

Evidence of the BX Protocol Attacks!

The following is an actual email that was sent to one of the Delta Institute members on the BX Protocol.

Don't be fooled readers; please understand that the attackers had to unlawfully hack into systems in order to contact private members of the Delta Organization. The Delta Institute and its private members condemn the attackers and their cyber terrorism activities.

From: "John Q. Public" <j0hnqpub1ic@shiftmail.com>

FAO: XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXX. If you have never heard of "BX Protocol” ignore this email.

Re: Your testimonial videos for "BX-Protocol" which appear on the internet [YouTube].

Hello Mr XXXXXXXXX,

this email is to inform you that "BX-Protocol" is a "snake-oil" type scam : a fake "cure-all" medicine. The con-men behind BX are convicted-criminals pretending to be doctors. You can see the full story , including their police mug-shots and their true names,

here... http:// rationalwiki. org/wiki/BX_ Protocol  and here … https:// archive.is/EzPPi#selectio n-3959.0-3979.41,  http://  mugshots.com/US-Counties/ Utah/Salt-Lake-County-UT/Todd-David-Mauer.628697 1.html

You promote "BX Protocol" in several YouTube videos …

https://youtu.be/ u31ekSO1204

https://youtu.be/ lDU1MRoNW-0

https://youtu.be /lFZXr2fsJaI

https://youtu.be/ KsmJKET2InQ

https://youtu.be/ 26f9oJo6XYU?t=5m33s

If you change your mind about your testimonials being used to promote this fake-medicine on the internet, YouTube will remove the videos if you ask them, see here …https://support.google.com/ youtube/contact / privacy/

YouTube will remove the videos even if the professional-criminals had you sign a release-form when the videos were made. YouTube don't care about such contracts : they will still remove the videos from YouTube if you ask them, as you are giving-out private (medical) information, and are"uniquely identifiable" in the video, ( that I, a complete stranger, have managed to send you an email proves you can be identified from the information in the BXPROTOCOL YouTube videos).

That your lung-function improved is not proof the BX potion is an effective treatment. "BX Protocol” is a fraud : if the label on the bottles of BX is correct , then it only contains distilled water . You should not replace actual medicine prescribed by real licensed doctors with BX, and you should not recommend BX to others, as it's a snake-oil type scam.

Anti BX Protocol™ cyber terrorists and phone hackers publish a video celebrating Dr. Todd's herxheimer.

During a renovation of the Delta Research Center,  Dr Smith and Dr Todd celebrated Dr Todd's herxheimer response to BX Energy Catalyst.  It was innocent, fun, and loving office humor recorded on a Delta employees cell phone that the professional criminals hacked and hijacked,  then distributed it as evidence of BX Protocol fraud.  Wow! Is there someone out there that believes that criminal hacking and outright fabrication is somehow effective in convincing that the BX Protocol, the science, the USUniversity labs, or the inventor Dr Smith are fraud?

Below is one of the FAKE hackers, hiding behind a FAKE email and a FAKE name...., this is one of the PEN names and emails they have used to contact Delta Members, with hacked and hijacked data. It is 100% criminal, it is 100% cyber crime, and it 100% cyber terrorism, and it is 100% disgusting! Our members are sharing those emails with us on a daily basis. It is amusing the tactics they use in trying to intimidate private members of the Delta Institute International Health Restoration & Research Club.

I like to share a letter from Dr Smith, please see below.

Steve

Don’t Be conned by John Q Public!
a Message from Dr. Smith

As implausible as it may seem, some Delta members and Affiliates have actually believed the fabrications devised by the Criminal Cyber Terrorism Group known as “John Q Public”.  I can only assume that these members have never bothered to read our initial responses to the notorious “cyber myths” circulated by Big Pharma’s hired group of disinformation thugs, which I like to describe as a group of low IQ subhuman propagandists. Read more here: http://www.bxprotocolforum.com

So let’s briefly examine two recent infamous claims that have caused at least 2 members to “lose faith” regarding the legitimacy of myself and our organization at large.

Now keep in mind, that in order to email these now distrustful members, the group of hackers had to illegally obtain their information by committing several felonies, including stealing information off their personal computer or by hacking Delta’s back office database. And if that is not enough to at least raise question concerning the true nature of these digital goons providing you with the childish claims, consider the following rubbish asserted in their most recent email sent to members:

Claim:
“Dr. Smith is actually not a scientist, but a book salesman”.
Now I know that anyone with the smallest fragment of intelligence realizes that I’m not a book salesman. The books obtained were purchased as gifts and given out for free to personal friends via facebook. The book is an inspirational classic by Napoleon Hill. I highly recommend it!

d-1.jpg

Claim:
“Dr. Smith is actually not a scientist, but a professional singer.”
So let me get this straight…Dr. Smith is a professional book salesman, and a professional singer, while concurrently promoting an elaborate internet scam. Man that guy is a busy little bee!

d-2.jpg

Make no mistake about it, I love music. In my early twenties I pursued music (never as a career) for enjoyment. Even now you can catch me in the shower in the early morning hours feverishly trying to sustain my vocal endowment.

The singing picture they show from a couple years ago consisted of myself supporting a community talent show produced by my wife.  In fact, I invite our doubting members to visit a website called http://www.doorstepentertainment.com and read about how my music was written for charities such as missing child organizations, 911 tributes, my young daughter who was killed in a car accident, and then rethink your cynicism about who is evil and who is not. You may enjoy searching You Tube and Typing in “Dash Ventura” (my childhood stage name), and listening to my music just for fun! I’ve never made a dime on my music. But I do accept the compliment from our cyber bullies that my status merits a “professional” designation.

Claim
“Dr. Smith is actually not a scientist, but a felon criminal with a mugshot.”

A misdemeanor trespassing charge for taking my sons on a gun range that had been closed down. I guess the stress of holding up three jobs (Books Salesman, Singer, and Scientist) got to me and I didn’t heed the signs.

Now I know that the doubting Thomas’s of the BX are few in number, but I had to at least point out a couple silly examples of how far Big Pharma will go to suppress effective treatments. I hope you laughed as hard as I did. I have to at least think that our hackers have a sense of humor. Perhaps there is a sliver of humanity left in them after all! But the fact that some people actually take this stuff seriously has me doing double time in the lab to improve the quality of the BX, which obviously doesn’t perform well for basic cognition. Lol

Love you guys!
Dr. Smith

Everyone;

My heart goes out to all the Delta Members that are sending in their letters and emails in support of Dr Smith and the entire Delta team. It is clear that all the criminal thugs that have hacked into the Delta member’s computers, tablets and phones, all the individual cyber terrorists that have hacked into the Delta back-office and staff member’s personal computers, phones and social media accounts, have indeed crossed the line. Readers of the fake and frivolous websites operated by the Big Pharma cartel agents such as RationalWIKI, fake and frivolous forums such as Transgallaxy, fake and frivolous email account spammers like John Q Public, fake and frivolous twitter accounts like R0b1999, fake and frivolous YouTube channels like Haxabja have discredited themselves to a level of no return. Readers of all those autonym public outlets are aware that Delta Institute back-office information and images could have only be obtained by the cause of criminal acts. Those Big Pharma thugs are committing industrial or corporate espionage, which is criminal, which by now falls under economic terrorism!  The IQ levels of those offenders are pathetic, and offer our staff and members a great amount of amusement, which in turn increases the healing of our members. Laughter is healthy and is part of the very important psychological health restoration, and we all get to laugh each day those thugs continue their own destruction.

Please allow me to share the many member responses, see below……enjoy!

Steve

Dr. Smith,

I have actually been delinquent in writing you.  I used your BX formula and protocol back in 2012 when I was diagnosed with prostate cancer.  The doctor had felt a lump on my prostate and biopsy confirmed it.  The doctors only wanted to operate or nuke it.  I heard about your research from a friend.  I took the BX protocol, changed my diet (acid/alkaline), increased my exercise and reduced the stressors.  I have been cancer free since that time. Thank you for your research and work.

Please keep it up.  I suggest to others who find themselves in a similar situation to look you up.

John

Dear Dr. Smith,

Your letter begs a response from me. First of all I am sorry for the TRAGIC loss of your young daughter.  Now I would like to try and make you laugh a little.  Our world is filled with STUPID people, for the last several years I have watched with disbelief of all that goes on.  So I have a FAVORITE saying….”You just can’t make this s*** up”!  I have said it so much that I had beautiful cloisonné pins made in a shield motif.  I am now on my second batch of 300 that I give away!  If I knew how to get them to you I would certainly do that, as you deserve to give all these idiots a pin!  I am truly sorry that you and the Delta Institute have to go through this.  You and ALL the people who work there are truly AMAZING, CARING professional people.  You all are doing GOD’s work, PLEASE keep it up.  1 month after my husband started with Dr. Nick Gonzalez he (DR) was murdered, they are now up to 50.

Hi Dewayne,

Thanks for this. Keep doing what you're here to do. And, I know it's hard when you're experiencing attack, but try not to worry about the trolls and propagandists. I've been there before too. In some ways they are like vampires looking to feed.

Though you have much more life experience than me, at this stage of my life I've noticed how it can be tricky to navigate usage of boundaries -- when a assert one and how to go about doing it -- and I don't at all minimize this challenge.

I appreciate and support your soul's mission.

Dr. Smith,

I am aware of the healing powers of laughter – but maybe you ought to consider adding comedian to your gainful employment roster so eloquently listed….singer, salesman and comedian!!!

Forget that the BX is a proven commodity for a multitude of auto immune disorders – people are too dumb to appreciate the truth when the vocabulary needed is above a 6th grade level and the attention span is longer than a succinct text.

Thank you for being you through all of this vile chaos and may God continue to protect you and your family.

I am 3 years and 8 months cancer-free – thank you!

Which reminds me – it has been 3 years that you have not shown up in N______, but now with the clinical setting in the Caribbean, will you ever come??!!

Best to you and much hope for your continued research.

Dr. Smith,

Thanks much for the update.  Hard to believe that some folks have fallen for the misinformation.  Hope you all stay strong and work it all out.  Thanks for the additional 3 months of treatment and for your dedication to helping sick folks like me.

Dewayne,

That is too bad that some members believe this craziness. It will be their loss. I continue using the BX and look forward to the time that this will stop for you and the bx. Thank you again for all that you do and have done to improve my quality of life. I am truly blessed and recognize the positive impact the bx has made in my life and many others.

Just as an example, please see how little support the Big Pharma thugs and cyber criminals are actually getting through their misinformation campaigns against Delta and its affiliates!

They (R0b1999 = fake) have tweeted 2,891 tweets so far, and have received a stunning 118 LIKES, and out of that a total of 21 FOLLOWERS. Is this record breaking, what do you think? We are almost certain that those very few followers are the criminals themselves, ehehheeh

Interesting news for the BX Protocol™ followers!

Contrary to what the Big Pharma hackers were hoping, the Delta Institute is actually getting a lot more support these days from its members, the research community and the people from around the world. All those amateur fabrications created by the hideous "Network" of Big Pharma thugs are catching up on them. It has created a massive wave of awareness of what is going on with the BX Protocol attackers, as R0b1999, RationalWIKI, Transgallaxy, John Q Public, Haxabja etc. are running low and exhausted with their criminal cyber activities.

The BX Protocol forum has been picking up on readers and new member enrollments at phenomenal rates, please see below...

Anti BX Protocol™ cyber terrorist and hacker network out of Europe has been trying to crack this FORUM for days.

The Delta Institute IT and security team, has been tracking the criminals as they use ISP's in Poland, with VPNs out of Germany and the Netherlands, to hide behind their cyber terrorist activities. Shame on them!

Recent Activities of “Alternative Health Cyber Terrorists” against BX Protocol™

1.   SQL encrypted script injections into Delta’s back office software code

Illegal Activity: This activity was an exploit of our servers. They first hacked member’s emails, obtained passwords and entered in through a breach of the firewall. This is high level hacking and requires NSA level capabilities. The hackers began to place messages in the back office code, inserted pictures of Dr. Smith into member profiles and proceeded with a sabotage of the back end of our operation, such as making fake withdrawals from affiliate eWallet’s, exchanging names, emails and phone numbers on Member-Patients, so our staff had to go through data backups in order to re-store deleted and altered data etc.

Result: Delta has consulted with a digital forensic security firm, has upgraded all systems to military grade status, and after a few weeks of repair is back up and operational. Once the back office was attacked, contingency communication systems were put in place and member communication was restored. Case management webcasts were increased from 2 to 5 days in order to sustain a moderate level of member service. The overall outcome is increased security and real time monitoring.

2.   Banking interference

Illegal Activity: Tortious interference is not criminal, however, the hackers illegally obtained the banking information of several of Delta's prospective clients. First they traced the client, hacked the client's email and then stole the banking information. The alleged Big Pharma operative drafted elaborate propaganda and fabrications and sent that material to the prospective client's bank. With the misinformation, they succeeded in getting some of the banks to refuse to send the wire in order for the client to purchase their private club membership with Delta.

Result: Our unwavering integrity throughout this matter did not stop the clients from speedily discontinuing their relationships with those banks and sending the wire through alternative banking services.

3.   Contacting Media Outlets to cancel press release on BX Study

Illegal Activity: This press release was suddenly retracted across the following websites:

CBS19.TV, ABC6.COM, ABC-7.COM, FOX14TV.COM, CBS8.COM and many more…..   All the mainstream networks, except outlets such as Newswire, followed the instruction of Big Pharma and retracted Delta's press release. Consider that the study cited was a study on “free BX Trials”. I guess the only thing that big pharma hates worse than charging for BX is actually giving it away for free. Newswire specifically informed us that someone with “power” contacted them within 5 minutes of the press release. We found it interesting that the contact to Newswire was made before the press release was even propagated on the internet. Now that’s impressive!

live view:

2016-06-22_19-45-01.jpg

retracted view:
2016-06-17_19-36-30.jpg

Result; Newswire is a hero and exemplifies true journalism, while the mainstream should be ashamed.

4.    Contacting ABC News affiliate (WTAE Pittsburg)

       Paul-Van-Osdel-jpg.jpg

Pending: This news story is pending. We have no reason to expect that ABC will broadcast misinformation about the BX protocol. We have cooperated with them in every way. The reporter has been provided contact for interviews with university researchers and direct contact with our members, etc. So if he is a fair reporter, we're sure he will present all sides of the story.

 5.       Attempted third party interference with software providers

This image below from Twitter account R0b1999 is just one example. The hackers have contacted every third party vendor that we use in an attempt to shut down services to Delta and the BX Protocol. So far not one vendor has played along with those criminal cyber thugs:

Sound like just a “lone wolf” having fun? I think not.

rob-1.jpg

We are dealing with a well-orchestrated, paid, criminal, cyber operation. Some function as misinformers, some as third party attackers and some as hackers into our digital assets.

Lyin’ Paul's BX Scandal
“The Nose of News Van Osdol”

ABC’s story on BX is a shining example of Big Pharma Media which falsify facts to fit the international “Your Doctor Knows Best” narrative.

Several key points of false and misleading information provided through the story include:

Non disclosure on who Paul Van Osdol (ABC Reporter) is and what his relationship to the Dutch Cyber Terrorist Network consist of.

Delta is in possession digital assets that show Van Osdol in contact with the Netherlands group some 6 months prior to his story. We have further discovered that Van Osdol, who is himself dutch, is a long time cohort of the disinformation team, outside of his capacity with ABC news. Information regarding deceased delta members, was obtained through hacking Delta’s back office. Those records were used by Van Osdol to contact members in an attempt to locate any who would support the reporters false narrative. Other records show that Van Osdol also subscribes to the same ideology of the Dutch Hacker Group, namely Naturalistic Extremism. More to come in our upcoming video: Suppression of the BX Protocol

>>>The Nose of News Van Osdol takes a giant step forward.

Van Osdol LIED about the main story cited.

“Terry” was referred to the BX Program through a top cancer researcher in the United States. Terry was “Pro Bono”. Her membership was funded through Delta’s foundation. She never paid a single dime to Delta Institute. Terry was never able to start the BX as her primary treatment because her family was so opposed to non conventional methods. Terry chose chemotherapy in order to appease her family's wishes. In one correspondence she writes: “I fear that the chemotherapy is killing me”, she died two weeks later. The reporter was provided all of this information prior to his story and decided it was not worth mentioning. Also important to note is the fact that out of all of the member records, spanning 24 countries, that Van Osdol obtained through illegal means, he found a whopping ONE willing to speak negatively about BX... a mainstream, anti alternative doctor, who was not a member himself. Terry’s family was adamantly opposed to alternative treatments. They also failed to disclose that Terry was a cancer researcher herself with a background in science.

>>>The Nose of News Van Osdol takes another giant step forward.

Van Osdol cites “Leading Oncologist” at the University of Pittsburgh

He opens his story with a quotation from a leading oncologist whose purportedly said regarding BX, “buyer beware”. The viewer should keep in mind that this is an oncologist or chemo doctor, whose primary method of treatment is the leading killer of cancer patients, second only to cancer itself.
http://www.naturalnews.com/048682_cancer_industry_chemotherapy_iatrogenic_deaths.html

Van Osdol LIED about statements made by Dr. Valerie Donaldson

Dr. Valerie Donaldson, a proponent of the BX Protocol informed the reporter in private interview that she could not think of a single patient that the BX did not benefit in some way. He took that statement and modified it to state: “The Bx Cured 100% of My Patients”.

>>> The Nose of News Van Osdol takes another giant step forward

Van Osdol LIED about Ron Zeller

The reporter cites a video of Ron Zeller testifying about how much better he felt since beginning the protocol. He then weaves this sound bit into the narrative: “after he did this video, he died”.

What Van Osdol does not disclose are the following facts:

1. Ron Zeller began the BX Protocol on hospice with only two weeks to live.
2. The video cited was Ron only 30 days after beginning his treatment
3. Ron was discharged from hospice.
4. Ron’s oncologist told him to continue BX Protocol
5. Ron did a follow up interview one year after the video cited. This second video was provided to the reporter who decided to use the first video and claim that Ron died directly after doing the video interview. The fact is that Ron resumed a normal lifestyle, running half marathons, skydiving, vacationing in Costa Rica, etc. But the later was never disclosed to the viewers, despite the fact that Van Osdol was in direct possession of the actual facts.

>>>The Nose of News Van Osdol takes another giant step forward.

Van Osdol LIED about Dr. Valerie Donaldson refusing an interview

Dr. Valerie Donaldson was kind enough to initiate contact with the reporter to offer valuable insight in the effectiveness of the BX. He agreed to do an off camera interview at her office. Then after the interview, he surrounded her in a private parking lot just to obtain the “footage effect”, and to promote the idea that the doctor was unwilling to do an interview.

>>>The Nose of News Van Osdol takes another giant step forward.

Van Osdol LIED about to members about his intent with the news story

Van Osdol reporters sent the following email to a long term cancer survivor and BX Proponent:

email.png

Upon approval, Delta provided Van Osdol with the names of 20 members who have had success with the BX Protocol. These members provided written declaration to the reporter about their positive experience with the protocol. Many of these members also agreed to do on camera interviews. The first member to provide an interview was a doctor/patient by the name of Sally. She was verbally attacked during the interview and told that her outcome was nothing more than placebo. At that time, Delta made the decision to inform the members about the intent of the story.

>>>The Nose of News Van Osdol takes another giant step forward.

Van Osdol LIED about Delta’s attempts to pursue university research

Van Osdol interviewed the deputy director of the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute who claimed that BX is not valid because it is not peer reviewed. What he did not disclose is that the Dutch Cyber Terrorist Group that Van Osdol worked with to launch the story has directly sabotaged all university studies to date. Van Osdol was provided with facts which were provided to Delta directly from the university researcher about how the Dutch and German university groups “intervened” in order to stop ongoing studies at Utah State University. Van Osdol also lied in saying that “Delta Institute” contracted and paid the researcher directly, and not the university.” In all fairness, we are not certain if this lie was propagated by the reporter or the university, but as he previously pointed out…”The Devils In The Details”. Delta was invoiced by the university, and the university was paid via wire. No payments were ever sent to the researcher at all.

****************************************************************************************

>>>The Nose of News Van Osdol takes another giant step forward.

With regard to the superlative aspects of peer review we provided the reporter with the following:

Dear Mr Van Osdol, the following article might assist you in achieving ethical reporting of the facts:

Peer-Review Fraud — Hacking the Scientific Publication Process

http://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMp1512330#t=article

Needless to say, he felt that the information was not useful for his viewers.

>>>The Nose of News Van Osdol takes another giant step forward.

Van Osdol LIED about the Research

Mr. Osdol was offered access to over 150 pages of research conducted over 2 years at Utah State. He refused to interview the researcher involved, herself a 25 year veteran in cancer research who had nothing but good things to report about the research. He then quotes the head of the department as saying “We do not endorse the BX Protocol”. I think the viewers understand the concept of “lying by omission”.

>>>The Nose of News Van Osdol takes another giant step forward.

My Van Osdol LIED about Dr. Smith’s educational background

The reporter claims that Dr. Smith obtained his doctorate from a degree mill. The course requirements for a field doctorate from Canterbury in biological sciences requires 3 years of advanced training. The reporter was offered access to the specific course work requirements, but refused to include that in his story. Instead he decided to cite the prosecution of an individual using a degree from an unaccredited university to work in a position requiring accreditation. The comparison does not even make sense, inasmuch as Dr. Smith is not attempting to teach at a university. The intent of his degree related to advanced training in biological sciences, not a professorship. Van Osdol was provided with advanced training workshops that Dr. Smith provides to postdoctoral scientists, who according to Van Osdol must be unaware that Smith received his degree from a non U.S. institution. He also omitted Smith’s CV which includes post graduate training at 3 separate universities.

>>>The Nose of News Van Osdol takes another giant step forward.

My Van Osdol LIED about CEO being involved in a scam

Its interesting that when the SEC charged six executives of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac with securities fraud for misleading the public about sub prime loans it's totally fine. But when a private citizen sues the government for their complicity in the corruption, then its a scam. Van Osdol portrayed Delta’s CEO as a defendant, when in fact he was the plaintiff. Anything to somehow discredit the leadership of the organization. The whole reference was strongly out of place. He also refused to include any mention of the following Delta advisory council members:

Dr. Shanhong Lu, MD, Ph.D.

Rashid A. Buttar, DO.

Gustavo Vilela, M.D.

Sherri J. Tenpenny, D.O., AOBNMM, ABHIM

Valerie P. Donaldson, M.D.

So as the BX continues to consistently outperform our conventional counterparts, just be prepared for the on ongoing barrage of lies in the media about BX, its founders, and the true intent of Big Pharma Cyber Terrorism.

Paul Van Osdol...Shame On You!

Dear Paul Van Osdol

I have been notified that you have been told that the BX is illegitimate. But the fact that you would like to hear some positive experiences to help you make your own decision about the BX is great news for me, and anyone who has been touched by the BX in a positive way.

When i was 18 years old or so i was told that i had been suffering from Chronic Lyme Disease and its co--infections for a minimum 10 years. But for these !0 years i never knew what i was suffering from. Every test and doctor i did and saw said there was nothing wrong with me at all.  Chronic Lyme Disease is one of the most severe chronic illnesses on earth period and i know that is hard to believe but it is the only serious illness i can think of where the doctors refuse to treat you almost no matter what and if you do get treated you better have tones of money just to attempt to beat it. Normally with very little success at all. This disease is ruining families and marriages. Parents are remortgaging their homes to try and get their kid(s) out of a wheel chairs. Some parents are refusing to treat themselves to raise their children, which only makes things worse for the infected individual.

from the ages 19-27 i searched for something to make my illness or symptoms go away so i could live my own life but my journey costed my family hundreds of thousands of dollars seeing the best specialists in the USA and Canada for little advance in health. I still could not leave my house without several fentanyl patches on my back and more oral painkillers in my pocket along with taking sedatives, anti psychotics, anti depressants, antibiotics, herbal supplements and medical marijuana. I was suffering seizures, headaches, constant drenching sweats cold and hot, muscle twitching, severe pain, severe fatigue, severe cognitive dysfunction. I was diagnosed with Chronic fatigue syndrome, chronic pain syndrome and major relapsing depression which required electro-shock therapy for one year.I was praying the assisted suicide law in Canada would become law so i could use it as i didn't want to live any more. i felt my life was ruined and could not be fixed even by the most educated doctors in the Lyme Disease field.

One day about 2 years ago almost i typed in "Lyme Disease Cure" on google, more so because i was bored and had nothing to do. One of the things that popped up was the BX protocol and i immediately thought to myself that this sounded way too good to be true and that it had to be a hoax. because i knew that Chronic Lyme Disease was unbeatable at my stage. Or at least i thought i knew. I proceeded to watching patient testimonials scowering internet blogs and finally talking to Dr. Dewayne Smith for hours for free on the phone. My family decided to try the bx in a last ditch effort to get better and that if it didn't work (like everything else before), that i would have to accept my life and stop begging my family to spend any more ridiculous sums of money. Once i made the purchase i honestly thought that the BX was a hoax and sounded to good to be true. They told me i had to do all these things like taking the BX sublingual spray, changing my eating habits to organic food almost exclusively, doing weekly colon hydrotherapy, quitting medical marijuana and that in 2 weeks to 6 months i would start to notice a big difference. i found it near impossible to do all these things so i decided to just take the spray and that i would follow the rest of the protocol only if and when i started to feel a difference. After 10 days of laying in bed all the day and just taking the spray, for the first time in 10 years i could tell things that would normally put me in extreme pain were causing nearly no pain at all and i was completely flabbergasted. I seriously could not believe it, i Still remember blowing the cob webs off my golf clubs and swinging them in my backyard and realized my pain was very miniscule and that i actually did NOT need to take pain killers anywhere near as much because my pain wasn't occurring anywhere near as bad as before. This revelation caused me to break down and cry for 20 minutes because i seriously could NOT believe it. It still makes my eyes water thinking about that moment 16 months ago. It was at this point i decided i was going to follow the protocol 100%.

After one month i noticed that there was no need for painkillers at all almost. So i told my GP that this BX stuff was working and that we can start to ween myself completely off painkillers and this process took 4 months. By 4 months in i was pain killer free for the fist time in a decade and fatigue free and marijuana free. Everything in my life got better. It took me a long time to understand that i could do something without it causing pain and fatigue. i was literally walking around doing things like golfing again instead of watching it through a tv screen. I had a pop in my step and i became the worlds happiest person because i thought i knew that serious Chronic Lyme Disease was unbeatable and i now know its NOT.

I can't believe what i see on the internet about the BX protocol especially in the last year. It absolutely breaks my heart because i know that this spray really does work. I know that all of this stuff calling the BX a  scam is false and almost everything on the internet about the BX is totally untrue. I honestly can't even put into words how much all of this disinformation hurts me as a person because people call my success lies the minute i say anything good about the protocol. Some type of group is literally doing everything they can do to shut down the BX as if they are being paid to do so. More People get Lyme disease in the USA each year than people get breast cancer. This is an epidemic and to take away the best treatment on earth for it just can't happen. it would really hurt me psychologically. I'm speechless it hurts me so much to see how far this disinformation campaign has gone.

I spent 7 years in my bed not doing anything, not going anywhere, not talking to anyone. it was so severe i lost all the muscles in my my body. i am now under the guidance of a Physiatrist and my muscles are finally getting stronger and im not going backwards in the process. I am going through everyday grueling muscle rehabilitation and getting my muscles back so they can hold my skeleton up properly in alignment and it is  the last step in my life time battle to beating Chronic Lyme Disease. Then I know that i will be a independent working person contributing to society.

I hope my story will help you in making a honest fair report of the BX protocol.

Sincerely Alex

P.S. i will give you a call tomorrow Paul.

Subject: BX PROTOCOL and Dr. Smith
To: pvanosdol@hearst.com

Dear Mr. Van Osdol,

I have an exhilarating true story to tell.  On February 13th of 2013, I was diagnosed with cancer. I call it the “C word”, and it was worse than I could wrap my head around.  I was taken to the hospital that morning when I woke up and couldn’t move because of intense pain in my back.  My spine had been fractured in many places from cancer slowly eating away at my spine.  I was an invalid and could not move because of the fractures. I was told I had Stage 4 breast and bone cancer, and later cancer was found in my left lung.

Two of my sister-in-laws had died from cancer and had been treated with traditional medicine.  That gave me the determination to do something different- an alternative.  Two oncologists stated my cancer was incurable, but I could be treated for a while.

My husband and two adult children knew my views. They began researching and sharing my situation with our family and friends, searching for information about something besides traditional treatments.

Four days later I was placed on a stretcher with oxygen attached, and slid into a van to go and receive radiation treatment.  We believed that it would kill the cancer cells in the largest fracture, and then my back could heal enough to get me mobile.  I had 4 radiation treatments and at day 11, my spine was healed enough to sit up in bed.

During those 11 days, my husband contacted our chiropractor, Dr. Finucan, in Naples, FL to see if he knew of an alternative cancer treatment.  He had a chiropractic patient with cancer, who was being treated with the BX protocol.  We contacted Dr. Finucan's patient and he spoke with us about his experience with the BX Protocol.

We called the Delta Institute on a Saturday, and by Monday afternoon we had a phone appointment with Dr. Smith, the biochemist that had created the BX Protocol.  He spent about an hour on the phone with us, first explaining the scientific method of how the serum (my words) would work to help me.  Then he explained in layman’s terms how it worked.  He said he thought he could help.

I, my husband, and our two children thought it was the right thing to do, but decided to think about it for a couple of days.  We all agreed, and two days later we wired the money to their bank.  The next day we received a call from the medical specialists at the Delta Institute. We then received our manual and the BX serum to start my treatment at home.  We were very impressed with the manual. I followed it like a guidebook and it helped my body to get optimally healthy so I could fight the cancer from increasing.  My life became all about the priorities of health.  The medical liaison that was assigned to me was very professional, and he gave us his cell phone number so we could reach him 24/7- whenever we needed help.  Every Tuesday and Thursday Dr. Smith would make himself available via webinar, and we could ask him questions and receive help and advice.

The journey began, with all the details in hand. With access to professional help and the guidance we received from Dr. Smith, it proved to be all we were told it would be. We would upload information each day to our private Delta Institute email, like blood test results and my daily vitals.

During the weekly webinars he would share what progress he could see, and what I needed to work on.  My body was improving as I followed the protocol according to his instructions. Many days as the cancer cells were dying off from my ankles to my skull, the pain was constant. Dr. Smith even had ways to help control pain without drugs.

There were many giant steps. The Delta Institute was always there for me with guidance and encouragement.  After 16 months of at home treatment, Dr. Smith asked me to come to his research center in Salt Lake City, Utah.  He advised me to come there for 5 weeks.  My healing had plateaued, and he hoped that another giant leap in my health would follow my visit there. We took his advice, and from the first day we walked into the Delta Institute, we knew it was going to help.  We met all the staff, and one of his fellow scientists.  They again explained in detail what I would be doing each day and the progress they were looking for while I was there.

Each day was filled with professionalism and care for the visitors receiving treatment.  They really cared so much about all of us. Some had different diseases besides cancer.  We were all excited to be there each day, even in the pain of what we were experiencing we had a sense of hope for the future.  There was also a lot of laughter.  I had complete trust in all the treatments.  Each day I looked forward to being at the Delta Institute.  While I was there, Dr. Smith had recently come back from a trip to Dubai and spent half an hour sharing his experience with my husband and I.  I believe Dr. Smith is brilliant, and he has a great passion to help people. We were delighted to meet him in person after having talked via computer for over 16 months.

We thank God for bringing this treatment and Dr. Smith into our life.

I have documented medical records that show my body full of cancer from my skull to my ankles.  Today I can walk, bend over and lift my grandchildren, drive a car, shop for myself, get around the house, cook, and even do some marketing for the business my husband and I own.  Most important of all, I get to bless others and be blessed by family and friends.  You see, previously while I was very sick I could not do any of the above actions, plus many more.  If you would like to know more about my journey through cancer and my results using the BX Protocol, I would love to share.

I want to help others by sharing that there are alternatives for health restoration.

Sincerely,

Carol

Subject: The Delta Institute and BX Protocol

To: Paul Van Osdol

Investigative Reporter

Greetings Paul,

My name is Chris Losey and I am writing to you regarding the Delta Institute and the BX Protocol. I became aware of Delta in my own search for help after being diagnosed with  Parkinson's disease in 2010. I heard about Delta and BX  from Dr. Beth McDougall an Integrative Medicine Doctor in Mill Valley, California. By the time I heard about BX I was already taking traditional Parkinson's meds (Levidopa/Carbidopa and Maripex). Even with those meds my condition seemed to be getting steadily worse. For example, my energy was going down, as was my focus. In addition, my tremor was increasing and my right arm had stopped swinging when I walked. I was finding it harder and harder to do a day's work, and my balance was off. I also had lost my ability to play my guitar because my right hand had essentially become slow and spastic. Writing hand-written notes was becoming difficult too, because my hand was slow. I felt like I was descending into a dark hole. When people asked me how I was doing with Parkinson's I would frankly tell them that I felt it was sucking the life out of me. I was finding it harder to talk clearly without losing words. Any stress caused me anxiety. Sometimes I felt like I was in a mental fog. I was also experiencing bouts of sadness. This was strange because I have always had a very upbeat attitude. In my desperation I decided to try BX. The first day I took it I could tell something was different. I would normally come home from work and crash in a chair, but the first day I took BX I had enough energy to trim a fifty foot long hedge in our front yard. As the days, weeks and months went by. I noticed other very encouraging changes: My sadness went away, I was no longer losing words when I talked, and I could work a full day. I could even  play the guitar again and finger pick. My brain felt clear and I had good focus and balance. My handwriting even improved. I describe the whole experience as "Getting My Life Back."

I have had Parkinson's for about seven years. but I am able to take 40 minute walks each  day and play golf once a week. I am also writing music, playing my guitar, and active in many ministries in my local church. Although I am still on Parkinson's meds, I am also on BX.  The times I have not taken BX daily (like when they are trying different formulations of it and want me to skip a few days or change things up), I can really tell the difference because all the negative symptoms of Parkinsons increase steadily. I should also mention that when I take BX it slows down the Parkinson's tremor. Sometimes the tremor even stops completely. Although BX has not cured  Parkinson's in me, it definitely knocks it down and takes the edge off. BX allows me to function at a high level, and as I said, "Has given me my life back." And who knows, it may still yet, prove to be the cure.

I don't know a huge amount about the Delta Institute, but I can tell you that they have been extremely helpful, professional and ethical with me. They have been reliable sending me BX and managing my case through the reports I send to them on a regular basis. There staff has always been kind and compassionate towards me. Dr. Smith, the head of Delta even came to visit and talk with me in order for Delta to better understand my case. After the success I've had they asked if they could do a short video on my case. I said yes, and the video can now be seen on Youtube by searching for "BX Protocol Parkinsons Chris' Story." It is about seven minutes long.

I have heard that Delta has been under attack from people who apparently don't want anything other than traditional drugs in the market place. I for one certainly hope Delta and BX can weather this storm, and that the medical community sees the value of Delta and BX for people like me. Without BX I am certain I would be much worse off than I am.

I urge you to do fair and just reporting and to show Delta for what I believe it is, "A professional, compassionate organization dedicated to bringing healing to people through new cutting edge technologies."

As a graduate of West Point (United States Military Academy) and as a retired military officer and pastor, telling the truth is very important to me.

If I can answer any questions, please feel free to contact me at XXXXXXXXX or XXX XXX XXXX

Sincerely,

Chris

Subject: Delta and BX Protocol
To: pvanosdol@hearst.com

Hello Paul,

My name is Brett XXXXXXX.  I live in Santa Fe, NM.  I writing you because I have heard that you may do reporting on Delta and the BX Protocol.  I’ve been on the protocol since about August of 2015.  I was diagnosed with late stage Lyme Disease in 2005-2006.  At the time I was living in Phoenix, AZ. I went to Mayo clinic and a bunch of other places, trying many, many treatments both Western medicine and alternative, from 2006 to 2012.  I moved back to my hometown in 2012 and shortly there after learned about the BX Protocol through Cancer and Autoimmune Disease outlets.

At first I was uncertain as I had tried so many treatments and exhausted our life savings that my wife and I had worked so hard too.  However, I hit rock bottom with my illness in 2014, ending up in the hospital over Christmas.  Me and my family decided it was a point where I needed to get treatment before it was to late.

So I spoke to Delta and Dr. Smith on multiple occasions and decided within 6 months to sign up for the BX Protocol.  I started it around August 2015 and it took about 45 days before I started to feel better.  My appetite at the time was gone, and I lost 30 lbs and was down to 130 pounds and pretty much bedridden.

Within 45 days on the protocol my body started to respond and I got back my appetite, weight, energy, and overall feeling of well being.  I’ve been on the Protocol ever since, as I’ve been told it may take a good 2 years to clear all the damage that had been done to my body over 11 years of being sick.

All my local doctors are aware i’m on the BX protocol and can’t believe how well its worked for me.  I went from less then 50% to now about 85%, in terms of how I well I feel.  I’m now back up to my normal weight and fairly active, thanks to Delta and their protocol.

I wanted to write you because there is a lot of rumors being spread from a handful of cyber bullies/trolls on social media about the BX.  I’ve been personally attacked by them.  I’ve noticed on their social media pages, particularly twitter that these fake profile people are not only bashing BX but really anything not related to western medicine.

They even illegally hacked into Deltas back office, which is where we do daily updates and communicate with Delta staff.  That completely disrupted all treatments, and these people should be ashamed for interrupting all the protocols for very sick people. I’ve noticed they like to use Rational wiki and transgallaxy, essentially 3rd party blogs in which anyone can write or piece together anything about anyone.

On Transgallaxy I’m supposedly now “wanted” because they hate the fact that my experience is a positive one, with alternative healing.  They think I work for Delta or something which is complete BS and you can google me and see I am who I am.  More lies and fabrications, which is what they do well.

I get that some are so left or right on medicine modalities but to try and block sick people from getting the help they want, is disgusting!  These trolls should and will be caught and hopefully will do their time.

I thought it was necessary to reach out, as I’m sure being the thorough journalist you are, you are subjected to get all information before reporting.  I’m sure you can see through what they are trying to do.  This isn’t news worthy with their fabrications but I think its important you hear from people on the protocol rather then people hiding behind their fake names, spreading lies…..

It appears they’ve moved onto attack other health organizations on social media.  Maybe they just need attention and they will search out anyone just for that.  Be careful with these people, as I think they are dangerous in many ways….

Please let me know if you have any questions regarding the above.  Below is my contact info.

Thank you,

Brett

Paul,

My Name is Dan XXXXXXX and I live in Cleveland, Ohio. Yes, I’m a Browns fan but maybe we can talk about that some other time, or year, maybe. We still have hope…..for the Indians.

Speaking of hope, I’m writing to lend my support to the Delta Institute International and the wonderful people who are the heart and soul of that caring organization. I’m one of those fortunate individuals who was not only helped by Delta but pulled out of a death spiral by their wonderful product, the BX Protocol. Delta is under siege right now by forces that want to destroy that organization and the good work they do every day for people like me. I’m not going to rehash the details of this onslaught since Dr. Smith has already done so and can provide much more information than I can. I would, however, like to take a moment to tell you a little of my story since you promised to give Dr. Smith and Delta a “fair shake.” I will be brief.

I have been chronically ill all my life with respiratory problems that began as a child and persist to this day. In 2013, I retired prematurely from my job as an intelligence analyst at the Cleveland office of the FBI because going to work everyday had become too much for me to deal with. I have several respiratory conditions including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, bronchiestasis (a condition that damages the airways and causes  them to widen and become flabby and scarred), and an autoimmune disease called allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis. I was 66 years old at the time and was under the care of a pulmonologist who was treating me with pharmaceuticals including antibiotics (some administered at home through a IV known as a PICC line), inhaled and oral steroids, and numerous others designed to blunt the negative side effects that were caused by some of these prescription drugs. Please keep in mind that these drugs were designed to provide nothing more than symptomatic relief but none of them was helping. My doctors continued this line of treatment even though I knew, and the doctors knew, that I was getting worse. After being hospitalized for a severe flare up of my disease, I was put on oxygen and would spend months tethered to a machine or cylinder. I could hardly walk across a room without gasping for air and stairs looked to me like Mount Everest. The doctors had no cure and the best I could hope for was alleviation of my symptoms. Allopathic medicine, in spite of its best intentions, had failed me and I was in the end stages of COPD. Fortunately, I had one doctor who practiced alternative medicine and was bold enough to refer me to the people at Delta.

I began treatment with the BX Protocol in August of 2013. Not much happened at first but very gradually I began to improve. My coughing was subsiding and I began to recover from my shortness of breath. I became more active and resumed my four times a week aerobic exercises, which I had abandoned months earlier because of my breathing. But in February of 2014, I gave myself the best birthday gift ever….I canceled my oxygen service and have not needed it since. The BX has provided me with something beyond temporary relief and instead offered healing and hope.

There is not the shadow of a doubt in my mind that I would have been dead several years ago without the BX.

But the BX is only part of the story. The people at Delta have been so compassionate and supportive throughout. My case manager was always a phone call or email away and Dr. Smith was never too busy to speak with me. I received case reviews on a regular basis and my treatments were adjusted accordingly. I received every enhancement of the BX Protocol as it was developed and became available. When I spent six weeks at the research center in Utah I was given 5 star care by people who genuinely cared about me and my recovery. I can say unequivocally that I’ve received much more than I paid for from the BX and the people at Delta. I’m one of the lucky ones.

Paul, thanks for the opportunity for survivors like me to present our side of the story and I’m certain you'll be fair in your treatment of Delta. They’re people who are combining patient empathy with science to restore good health, and will never be content with just making people “feel better.”

Go Tribe!

Dan

Subject: How the BX Protocol has benefited our struggle with chronic Lyme Disease . . .
To: pvanosdol@hearst.com

Paul,

I am a retired Presbyterian pastor currently living in Seattle, Washington. My wife, Miriam, and I have been married for 48 years and almost from the beginning, she has had chronic symptoms that could not be fully explained or treated by conventional medicine.

Early on, it was interstitial cystitis and fibrocystic disease. Doctors said she would have to live with them as there was little they could do and there was certainly no cure. Later, in the eighties, she developed major depression and anxiety. We moved from our church in rural Washington to Seattle to be closer to top medical personnel. We contacted the psychiatric department at the University of Washington and got the name of one of the best psychiatrists in Seattle.

He said he would have Miriam stable within two months. After over twenty years and innumerable different medical combinations, Miriam remained plagued with major depression and anxiety.

In 2010, she had an operation to remove a fistula in the lining of her brain. The operation was a success. But within a year, she developed peripheral neuropathy in both feet and her legs swelled up with edema to nearly twice their normal size. Soon, she was unable to walk and the pain continued to increase.

Our primary care physician (PCP) is one of the best in Seattle. But she was running out of options. Peripheral neuropathy medications that were supposed to ease the pain and suffering only made the condition worse. So, our PCP suggested that we start looking into alternative treatments. We tried many different therapies including acupuncture with no success.

Then, one alternative therapist suggested that Miriam might have Lyme Disease but his license did not allow him to make a specific diagnosis. So, he recommended we see a naturopathic doctor on Bainbridge Island where Lyme is quite prevalent. We made the appointment and before Miriam was finished with the preliminary exam, the doctor insisted on a blood test to be sent to IGenX for analysis. The test took a month to analyze but the results showed Miriam had Lyme.

By this time, Miriam was experiencing such constant, debilitating pain that she did not want to live another month. Her edema and peripheral neuropathy were so bad, Miriam could not sleep with any covers on her feet or lower legs. She was also getting up 14 - 16 times a night to urinate, meaning in a twelve hour period, we managed to get only naps — no quality sleep.

Since the AMA does not recognize chronic Lyme as a legitimate disease, this naturopath suggested we see another naturopath in Seattle who specialized in treating Lyme. But after a year, this specialist told us Miriam would be fighting Lyme for the rest of her life.  Even though Miriam’s symptoms were abating somewhat, she still suffered from a lot of pain and the edema and neuropathy were still where they were before she started herbal and antibiotic treatment.

This doctor also told us she thought Miriam had contracted Lyme when she lived in Michigan and Idaho as a teenager and that the chronic symptoms of interstitial cystitis, fibrocystic disease, depression, anxiety, peripheral neuropathy and edema were all symptoms of Lyme. At last, we knew why all the preceding treatments had been unsuccessful — we had been fighting a pathogen, not a mental illness or a genetic abnormality.

I could not imagine living the rest of our lives fighting this scourge and prayed for a treatment that could eradicate the Lyme pathogen, not just manage it. The next day, I received an unsolicited email from the Delta Institute sharing the benefits of the BX Protocol in treating Lyme. After checking them out through my scam apps and finding that they were legitimate, I signed up to have an interview with Dr. Smith.

He called us personally, asked us many questions, and said he thought the BX Protocol could help Miriam. We signed up and began the BX treatment which is managed daily through their website with a team of doctors. The BX kills the pathogens and when they die, they turn into neurotoxins that cause pain and other neurological symptoms. If the level of these toxins is too great for the liver and kidneys to deal with, the person can get so sick, they may need to be hospitalized. At first, Miriam could only take one spray under her tongue once a week of the weakest dosage available because it killed so many pathogens and created so much pain.

But as the weeks and months of the first year progressed, the BX strength has increased to the point where she is now taking 3 sprays per day of one of the strongest dosage. Her edema and neuropathy have disappeared completely and her pain and bladder urges have decreased to the point where she is now getting up only 3 - 4 times a night and we are getting much more sleep. Further, her depression and anxiety are gone and she has begun to walk again — with constant assistance to keep her from falling — but this is the first time in over two years that she has even been able to try to walk.  And her steps are continuous, not halting after every step.

Is she completely out of the woods? No. But we have seen so much improvement over the last year that we are confident Miriam will have a full recovery from this devastating illness. And the Delta Institute will still send us BX medication tailored to Miriam’s specific situation for another year after she no longer receives the daily oversight from Delta’s team of doctors. It is this second year that should remove any remaining pathogens from Miriam’s system.

I am writing this email to you because I understand the drug companies are trying to suppress this threat to their profit model by a number of different means. Please understand the BX Protocol is much more than just “sugar water in a spray bottle.” The BX is the only treatment regimen out of all we have tried over many decades that has brought results and realistic hope for a full recovery.

If we had remained with the traditional protocols from our PCP, even though she is one of the best in Seattle, I am sure Miriam would be in a nursing home by now instead of looking forward each day to seeing how far she can walk.

Feel free to contact me any time through the means outlined below.

Sincerely,
William

Subject: Bx protocol
To: "pvanosdol@hearst.com"

Hello Paul

My name is Nathan. I was approached by Bx to tell my story to you and let you know how important the Bx is for me and others. The Bx organization is the real deal. These people save lives to say the least. Without them I would have left my family and others about a year ago. I can't express to you enough how important they are.

I'm 44 years old. about a year and a half ago my body was failing fast. I had all the symptoms of scleroderma CREST very lethal disease. My lungs were starting to fail. My heart was starting to fail. My natural pathic Dr. Dr Wallace told me she wanted to send me to an organization that will help me called the Bx. Dr Wallace is a very smart lady. As a matter of fact smarter than Stanford University, Davis Doctors, and John Hopkins. So that makes Dr smith really intelligent, because they had told me there was not much they could do to help me but to suppress the immune system. Dr smith does the total opposite. He fixes the immune system. Matter of fact I had a deteriorating spot on my gentile call lichen plantis  (excuse the spelling) all the other Md doctors I went to said I will have to live with it. I would like to tell them that the Bx told me that would disappear in time well it did its gone. Not even a scar is left. My lungs are back to normal. My heart is back to normal. I am on track for a full recovery with a little more time needed. Me and my family need the Bx to survive. I still have a little ways to go to get over this hump. I continue to get better every day. Along with thousands of other people. I'm asking for your help to express the freedom of the press and give this organization a chance and cover there story. I promise you the BX Protocol is real and is also the best company to work with as far as taking care of there patients. I also want to tell you how professional their staff is. If you have any concerns or questions about your health, diet, well being These people are on it. They answer all you questions promptly.

I also want to let you know all my friends seen me come back from the dead. That's why several of my family members and friends are taking the BX. Matter of fact if your mom or dad or kids had some type of ailment I would recommend to you and I'm very confident you would be happy with there product and organization.

I don't mean to rattle on but I would do anything to help the BX stay in business and I'm asking you to help us. Please give them the coverage they need to help combat the big Pharma mafia. It's all about money for the big Pharma and they are trying to take down what I call the miracle company who truly developed a way to save lives.

Thank you
Nathan

Subject: Double blind studies
To: Paul Van Osdol <pvanosdol@hearst.com>

You asked repeatedly about double blind studies. Maybe they aren't all that they are cracked up to be. I refer you to these two articles - one on topic and one to show how double blind studies can be manipulated.

Kindly let me know when the interview is used. I would like to see it. Thank you.

** From Dr. Joe Mercola's website:

The modern medical paradigm revolves around two words: scientifically proven.

It is this phrase that public health agencies, physicians, and researchers alike use to pedal their wares, so to speak. These little blue pills are scientifically proven to make you fall asleep, relieve your pain, feel less hungry, or lower your blood pressure, they may say.

But, let me tell you, all is not what it seems on the medical forefront as it pertains to science. You see, those little blue pills, or red ones, or white ones or whatever color or shape they may be, may very well have been the subject of a multi-million-dollar, double-blind, placebo controlled study.

And they may have been proven to be effective within the confines of the study -- but this means very little when transferred within the confines of your body.

I recently discussed this topic at length with Dana Ullman, MPH, who is widely recognized as a prominent spokesperson for homeopathic medicine. Dana has a phenomenal column in the Huffington Post, and as he wrote recently:

“Doctors today commonly assert that they practice "scientific medicine," and patients think that the medical treatments they receive are "scientifically proven." However, this ideal is a dream, not reality, and a clever and profitable marketing ruse, not fact.”

The Perception of Science-Based Medicine is a Ruse

I am a big believer in the scientific method … provided it’s applied appropriately. And that’s the key issue here. If science is applied properly, meaning, it’s unbiased, unprejudiced and free from any significant conflicts of interest.

However, this is not the case with most of modern medicine. Instead, the process has been masterfully orchestrated by the drug companies to create a system that gives the perception of science when really it is a heavily manipulated process designed to manipulate and deceive most to use expensive and potentially toxic drugs that benefit the drug companies.

Across the board, drugmakers do an excellent job of publicizing the findings they want you to know, while keeping very quiet about the rest.

As Ullman said:

“One of the things that have come out recently about some of the antidepressant research is that it’s amazing how many studies had negative results but they are almost never published. Only the ones with the positive results are published and according to the FDA, drug companies only need to have two positive studies.

They can have 18 negative studies but if you have just two positive studies, that’s enough for acceptance. That’s a serious problem.”

So even if you read through recent published medical journal studies to determine what the consensus is on any given medical topic, you’ll see an overwhelming preponderance of data in favor of the drug approach that in no way, shape or form reflects the reality of the true scientific investigation or the inquiry that went on about that specific drug.

Even Published Studies are Likely to be Seriously Flawed

Research published in medical journals gets the golden star of approval in the media, yet many, if not most, of the findings are incredibly misleading. One of the best expos`e's into this muddled system came from none other than Dr. Marcia Angell, who was the former editor-in-chief of the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM).

In her book The Truth about Drug Companies: How They Deceive Us and What to Do About It, she exposed many examples of why medical studies often cannot be trusted, and said flat out:

“Trials can be rigged in a dozen ways, and it happens all the time."

For instance, most medical studies only examine a drug’s effect in isolation and for a very short period of time. Its claims of efficacy or safety are therefore null and void if a person intends to take a drug for a longer period or in combination with other drugs, but this faux pas is ignored by the medical community.

As Ullman states:

“The average American is not taking just one drug. They are often on many drugs and people need to know that there simply is very, very little science-- often no science -- behind the use of multiple drugs used concurrently. I mean not only are there problems in terms of the interactions of the drugs.

Most of the science that has been done is with one drug at one time and in fact in many of the psychiatric medications, they’ve only been tested for six weeks.”

Most Research Claims Cannot be Trusted

Back in 2005, Dr. John Ioannidis, an epidemiologist at Ioannina School of Medicine, Greece, showed that there is less than a 50 percent chance that the results of any randomly chosen scientific paper will be true.

Then, in 2008, Dr. Ioannidis again showed that much of scientific research being published is highly questionable.

According to his study:

“Simulations show that for most study designs and settings, it is more likely for a research claim to be false than true.”

He noted problems with experimental and statistical methods as the main culprits, including factors such as small sample sizes, poor study design, researcher bias and selective reporting.

The newer study, meanwhile, suggested that economic conditions, such as oligopolies, artificial scarcities and the winner’s curse, are largely to blame for incorrect research.

Because of the way this system runs, journals may be more likely to publish studies that show dramatic results, positive results, or results from “hot” competitive fields. For instance, a Cochrane Collaboration review and analysis of published flu vaccine studies found that flu vaccine studies sponsored by industry are treated more favorably by medical journals even when the studies are of poor quality.

None of this, of course, has anything to do with scientific merit or accuracy

Most “Scientific” Solutions Cover Up Symptoms

The drug-based solutions that medical research intends to “prove” are flawed also by their very nature. They are solutions that simply cover up symptoms, which not only does nothing to address the cause of the problem, but may actually harm you in doing so.

Ullman explains:

“I’m thoroughly reminded about how a doctor might treat a car if driving in the car and the oil light came on … you can do a double-blinded placebo control trial and show and prove and scientifically verify that unscrewing the bulb will turn off that signal.

And the bottom line is the word ‘symptom’ ultimately is derived from the word signal and our symptoms are just that. They are signaling us and whether you unplug the bulb or turn off a signal with a drug, that’s not fundamentally changing … [or] improving the quality of life of a person.

So sometimes even the best seemingly high quality studies are asking the wrong question. They should be asking, did the symptom go away? They have to be looking at the whole quality of life of the person and not enough research is doing that.”

A classic example of a symptom that should not be “turned off” is a fever. Ullman says:

“During a fevered state, the body naturally increases its white blood cell count and the white blood cells are part of our immune system. So they’re part of our good guys. And during a fevered state, the body naturally then secretes more interferon, which is an antiviral chemical.

If you take any fever lowering agent, you end up having to fight the fever with two hands behind your back. It’s hard to do that. So, fever in fact is a defense.”

He continues:

“Ultimately, then I like to think that the problem with “scientific” medicine is that it’s not scientific enough. That it’s only looking at parts of the person rather than the whole …That’s a fundamental difference and further to this point, my website, http://www.homeopathic.com. In homeopathy like in the broad field of natural medicine, we respect symptoms not as simply the problem but symptoms are actually the defenses.

Symptoms are ways our body-mind is trying to defend itself and try and deal with infection, to deal with environmental assault, to deal with stress. So the symptoms actually have wisdom.”

So defining efficacy as “getting rid of symptoms,” as many studies do, is asking the wrong question entirely, and giving similarly flawed results.

Natural Therapies are at a Disadvantage in this Flawed System

That many natural therapies are not “scientifically proven” is often used to unfairly suggest they are not safe or effective. However, were you aware that 85 percent of therapies currently recommended by conventional medicine have never been formally proven either?

Often, it simply is not possible to confine a treatment, especially a multi-faceted approach that natural medicine practitioners often use, into a conventional study.

As Ullman explains:

“One of the things I made clear in my Huffington Post article, Lies, Damn Lies, and Medical Research, was that there is a difference between science and scientism. Scientism is the point of view that understanding information can only be accepted when it’s double blinded placebo controlled.

The problem with that point of view is virtually no surgery is double blinded placebo controlled.

And many of these natural therapies, you can do some double blinded placebo controlled trials but many people that do for instance naturopathic medicine they give some herbs, they give some vitamins, they give you some homeopathics, they give you some manipulation, you can’t do the whole protocol in a double blinded placebo controlled trial.

So we have to respect some part of what’s called empiricism; the empirical use of therapies just as we have empirical use of surgery. So once we have a certain respect for empiricism, what people and what doctors’ experiences are away from double blind studies, we can also respect double blind studies and empirical practice.”

How to Get Solid Information in an Era of Confusion

Ultimately, the take-home message here is that even if a drug or treatment is scientifically proven, it in no way guarantees it is safe or effective. Likewise, if an alternative treatment has not been published in a medical journal, it does not mean it is unsafe or ineffective.

You’ve got to use all the resources available to you, including your own sense of common sense and reason, true experts’ advice and other’s experiences, to determine what medical treatment or advice will be best for you in any given situation.

Remain skeptical but open -- even if it is something I am saying, you simply need to realize YOU are responsible for your and your family’s health, not me and certainly not drug companies trying to sell their wares and convince you to take dangerous “symptom-coverups” disguised as solutions.

Since it is very well established that most prescribed drugs do absolutely nothing to treat the cause of disease, it would be prudent to exercise the precautionary principle when evaluating ANY new drug claim, as it will more than likely be seriously flawed or biased -- and is most likely not in your or your family’s best long-term interest to take the drug.

If you’re facing a health challenge it is best to identify a natural health consultant. It doesn’t necessarily have to be an MD, a DO, or a licensed physician, just someone who really understands health at a foundational level and has had extensive experience in helping others resolve their health care challenges.

Just make sure to see a competent regular physician to make certain any serious disorders like cancer are ruled out as well.

One of our goals is to actually develop a database that provides a comprehensive resource to help you do this, but it’s literally a year or two away at best.

In the meantime, I suggest you visit your local health food store, which will likely be an invaluable resource. Get to know the people who work there, the owners, and those who frequent the store, and obtain a consensus as to who the best clinician for you is in your area.

Word travels fast in the natural medical community, so if there’s a knowledgeable practitioner in your area that’s getting awesome results, his or her reputation will be known.

Dear Paul Van Osdol,

I have been told you are researching and considering a story on the Delta Institute and the BX protocol. I am writing to you as a Pittsburgh native and a Delta participant.

I am a very private person, but I am willing to reach out to you as I feel strongly about the work Delta has done. I have direct, personal experience with their groundbreaking protocol. At this point, I request that you do not publish my emails, or my name, without my prior approval. Until we speak and I understand your story line, I wish to withhold use of my story and/or my communications. I do not wish to be attacked by whomever is attacking Delta. I am sure you can understand my serious concerns.  But, I find what is happening to Delta to be wrong.

My story is personal and it is evidence that one can be cured without chemotherapy and/or radiation. I owe my current health and life to Delta and the BX Protocol.

In April of 2012 I discovered a lump in my breast. Being a life-long Pittsburgher I have personal friends who are exceptional doctors at the city’s leading medical centers. I called on them and the response was gratifying and generous. I was seen immediately, evaluated, diagnosed and offered a treatment program. I reluctantly chose to undergo a lumpectomy to remove the tumor and evaluate my situation. The pathologist’s report came back and it was devastating. They did not get it all, no clean margins, and it was spreading. The post-surgery diagnosis was Stage 3 invasive lobular cancer assumed to be in both breasts and there was cancer in my lymph nodes.

It was shocking and virtually overwhelming.

The plan offered to me included the usual three-prong approach - a radical double mastectomy, chemotherapy and targeted radiation. I was told an aggressive approach was needed since I was young and otherwise very healthy.

My personal research about chemotherapy and radiation told me that was not the answer.

I had many friends striving to be cancer ‘survivors’ and it seemed that post treatment they all lead diminished daily lives because of the destruction of their immune systems and the damage to their bodies. That was not what I was willing to accept.

I knew that given some assistance my body had the necessary tools to heal itself. All humans have a built in repair system – think immune system and stem cells. So I set off to search for alternative approach to becoming fully healthy again. It was never an option in my mind to poison my body to hopefully regain my health. The literature I read said that chemotherapy has only a 3% effectiveness rate. I am not one to gamble, but those odds were certainly not an incentive to explore that path.

In my research I discovered many natural or alternative approaches. But none struck me as the correct approach for me until I found Delta and the BX Protocol.

The Delta BX Protocol has worked for me.

I spent twelve months on the BX Protocol. At six months after my diagnosis the tests showed no discernable cancer. I have had a PET scan and more cancer-marker blood work in the intervening years. I remain cancer-free today more than 4 years after my diagnosis. I was healthy and vibrant during the entire non-toxic process, and remain so to this day. I did not lose my hair, brittle my bones, grow sunken eye sockets or become frail or weak, nor do I suffer the after effects of ‘chemo-brain’.

To accomplish this goal, I went against traditional medicine, conventional norms and the big pharmaceutical companies, not to mention well intentioned family and friends urging me to endure chemo and radiation treatments. I recoiled when I was offered chemo treatments at $50,000 a week, blindly following the traditional treatment procedures that have been in place for 50 years. It seems to me there has been limited improvement for the billions spent on cancer research. Most of the improvement comes from early detection, not improvement in post diagnosis results.

I have recently learned that a campaign has been mounted to destroy the Delta Institute, its credibility and its innovative approaches. It appears big pharmaceutical companies are threatened by Delta. These firms have focused their corporate assets and agents on the Delta group to destroy them. The stories identify Pfizer and Eli Lily as the companies behind these attempts to disrupt access to Delta’s information. What are they worried about?

There are only two reasonable things these corporations should be concerned with:

1.) improving patient health and outcomes, and 2.) their corporate profits.

Allowing information dissemination and research reporting is in everyone’s best interest, so why would a company go to these efforts to destroy and disrupt the dissemination of information? I fear the motivation is profit, not patient outcomes. I am living proof of the positive outcome that can be achieved. And I realize my choice of treatment resulted in a few hundred thousand dollars of lost profit to a pharmaceutical company.

As you do your investigative reporting on this attack of Delta, please be true to the reasons that we have free and unfettered journalism in America.  Access to the truth should not be a threat to anyone. If it is a threat, then must be something big to hide.

Thank you for your time and interest by reading this.

If you chose to contact me, I look forward to our conversation. Meanwhile, please protect my identity and respect my request to not publish without my prior approval.

To better health,

Patty

Abstract
As the online profiles of organisations become more important, so do their vulnerabilities to online attack. A wide range of online methods can be used to attack the credibility of an organisation, deter participation by its members and undermine its operations. A case study from the Australian vaccination debate is used to illustrate the operation and impact of some of these possible methods. The main modes of attack are disrupting discussions, dominating descriptions and ridiculing and intimidating opponents. The main modes of defence are excluding disrupters, providing counter–descriptions, making formal complaints, and ignoring or exposing abuse. New forms of social media in the future will offer additional options for both offence and defence.
